4. Vouchers, Passes & Promotions

4.1 General Voucher & Promotion Rules

Unless otherwise stated, all vouchers, passes and promotions are:

  1. Non-refundable
  2. Non-transferable
  3. Not redeemable for cash
  4. Single use only and cannot be split across multiple bookings or visit
  5. Subject to availability
  6. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
  7. Refund Policy & Amendment Policy applies (Section 3)

4.2 Gift Cards & Credit Vouchers

  1. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, and cannot be used after this period.
  2. Redeemable for online bookings, or in-venue for a food & beverages credit at FINNS Beach Club.
  3. Not redeemable during special events such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve. Cannot be used to purchase add-ons such as the Birthday Package.
  4. If the guest purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will not be returned.
  5. In case of a purchase exceeding the voucher value, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
  6. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

4.3 Charity, Third Parties & Partner Gift Vouchers

  1. This voucher expires on the date stated; no extensions.
  2. Valid for use from Monday to Thursday and not redeemable on weekends.
  3. This voucher cannot be redeemed during special events such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve.
  4. If the guest purchase is less than the value of the credit, the remaining balance will not be returned.
  5. In case of a purchase exceeding the voucher value, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
  6. To redeem this voucher, please email it to our Reservations team reservations@finnsbeachclub.com when making a booking, or present it to our Front Office when at the venue.

4.4 Priority Entry / Party Pass / Ultimate Priority

  1. Priority Entry is available for advance online purchases at IDR 250,000++. On-the-day purchases will be charged IDR 500,000++. This pass is valid for one-time use only on the specific selected day at the time of purchase and is redeemable once per person per day. The Priority Entry package includes the following benefits, valid only on the selected visit date: A designated Booking Amount is credited towards food & beverages Skip the queue – enter through Priority Entry FREE towel rental (valued at IDR 50,000)
  2. The Party Pass is available for advance online purchases at IDR 500,000++. On-the-day purchases will be charged at IDR 1,000,000++. This pass is valid for one-time use only on the specific selected day at the time of purchase and is redeemable once per person per day. The Party Pass package includes the following benefits, valid only on the selected visit date: A designated Booking Amount is credited towards food & beverages Skip the queue – enter through Priority Entry
    • 1 x FREE FINNS Party Drinks Hard Seltzer (valued at IDR 90,000) 
    • 1 x FREE shooter (valued at IDR 50,000) 
    • 1 x FREE towel rental* (valued at IDR 50,000) 
    • 1 x FREE locker (valued at IDR 100,000)
  3. Ultimate Priority Entry is available for advance online purchases at IDR 750,000++. On-the-day purchases will be charged at IDR 1,500,000++. This pass is valid for one-time use only on the specific selected day at the time of purchase and is redeemable once per person per day. The Ultimate Priority package includes the following benefits, valid only on the selected visit date: A designated Booking Amount is credited towards food & beverage Skip the queue – enter through Priority Entry 
    • FREE welcome mimosa (valued at IDR 165,000) 
    • FREE VIP Boutique Voucher (valued at IDR 150,000) 
    • FREE towel rental (valued at IDR 50,000) FREE locker* (valued at IDR 100,000)
  4.  No refunds will be issued under change of circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, nonattendance, or weather-related events.
  5. This product is non-transferable and non-amendable. Bookings cannot be changed to a different date or transferred to another person.
  6. This product does not guarantee furniture or daybed access. All seating and bed allocation is subject to availability.
  7. Daybed access is not included or guaranteed.
  8. The food & beverages credit is valid for use on the day of the booking only and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for cash. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
  9. Guests must present a valid photo ID and booking confirmation on arrival. A tab must be opened using a matching credit card and ID.
  10. Lockers are allocated at one per four guests and are subject to availability.
  11. FINNS Beach Club reserves the right to amend or cancel Priority Entry product, or any of its inclusions, without prior notice due to operational or safety considerations.

 

4.5 Promotional Campaigns & Giveaways

Feedback Competition Winner

  1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue, and cannot be used after this period.
  2. Redemption is exclusively available through a FINNS representative, who will contact you to assist with the process. Valid for use from Sunday to Thursday and not redeemable on weekends and special events such as Anniversary and New Year’s Eve.
  3. If the guest purchase is less than the value of the credit, the remaining balance will not be returned.
  4. In case of a purchase exceeding the voucher value, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
  5. The food & beverages credit can be used in conjunction with the Happy Hour promotion but cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Online Birthday Promo

  1. Offer can be redeemed only once.
  2. Booking date must be within six months of receiving the promotional email.
  3. Promotion applies exclusively to Bed + Party Package and Ultimate Experience bookings, excluding Garden Party Bed & Garden Party Tables.
  4. This promotion is not redeemable on special events such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve.
  5. The complimentary bottle must be claimed on the same day as the booking and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or any other service.
  6. Promo code must be applied at checkout to redeem this offer; no retroactive discounts will be applied.
  7. Choose one bottle between East Indies Gin, Bacardi Rum, SKYY Vodka or FINNS Sparkling Brut Cuvée.
  8. Bottles are subject to availability

Return & Save 50%

  1. A 50% discount applies to the total online price for beds. The promotional rate secures the guest spot for the day, the full party package value, and the balance of the discounted payment is to enjoy as food & beverages credit.
  2. Food and beverage credit may be used toward food and drinks consumed at the venue during the booking.
  3. The code is valid for one-time use only.
  4. The offer is available for new Bed + Party Package – Arrive Before 1:00 PM online bookings made within 7 days of the promotional email being sent.
  5. Discount is valid for all furniture except Garden Party Beds, Garden Party Tables, Party Platform, Party Lagoon Platform, Sunset Cabana, Sunset Lounge and VIP Cabana.
  6. Offer valid for bookings made from Sunday to Thursday only.
  7. Discount does not apply to private event space areas, group bookings, Ultimate Experience, Bed Only package, walk-ins, and any add-to-cart items including merchandise, Flexi-booking, and bottles purchased online.
  8. Offer valid if guest enters the unique code during the checkout process online.

BrandPay

  1. A tab is required to use BrandPay as a payment method, this can be opened at the Front Office upon arrival.
  2. BrandPay cannot be used at cash bars in the venue .
  3. BrandPay payments must be made at the Front Office when the tab is settled.
  4. BrandPay is not redeemable on special events such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve.
  5. BrandPay cannot be used to purchase tickets to special events in the venue.
  6. BrandPay is not applicable for any online purchases.
  7. BrandPay cannot be used on retail store items.
  8. FINNS reserves the right to approve or reject content posted on BrandPay if the content is deemed to be unfit to receive payment.
  9. FINNS reserves the right to set and change earnings per like at any time without notice.
  10. FINNS reserves the right to stop a BrandPay campaign at any time without notice.
  11. FINNS reserves the right to set the maximum amount of BrandPay credit to be redeemed per bill.

  9. Any amount spent exceeding the IDR 15,000,000 credit will be the winner's responsibility.
  10. The prize, including flights, accommodation, cabana, and credit, cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  11. Winners are fully responsible for their passports, visas, insurance, and travel arrangements. If a winner fails to board their flight or misses travel schedules for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and no replacement or reimbursement will be provided.

  1. The prize includes a free daybed at FINNS Beach Club, IDR 5,000,000 food & beverages credit to spend at FINNS Beach Club, and a free bucket of FINNS party drinks.
  2. The daybed & credit are valid for 6 months from the date of winning.
  3. Winners will be notified through email from the official FINNS Party Drinks account.
  4. The daybed must be booked in advance through the Reservations team (not valid for walk-ins)
  5. Availability for reservations at FINNS Beach Club is subject to the venue’s discretion.
  6. The reservation is only valid from Monday - Thursday and not valid during major holidays.
  7. The reservation is not redeemable on special events such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve.
  8. The prize must be registered in the winner’s name and is non-transferable to another individual.

Black Friday 2025

  1. A Booking Amount is an upfront commitment to consuming food & beverages.
  2. Booking Amount value equals the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  3. 50% off applies to the Booking Amount only. Guests will receive the F&B credit in line with their discounted Booking Amount. This promotion does not give the full price Booking Amount food & beverages credit.
  4. Guests will receive a complimentary bucket of FINNS Party drinks (meaning 1x FINNS Party Drink for the recommended maximum number of people permitted per bed). The drinks will be provided upon arrival.
  5. Available for new "Arrive Before" online bookings made between November 21 and November 24, 2025. Bookings can be made for any date between November 21, 2025, and November 21, 2026, excluding special event days and private areas.
  6. Discount is valid for ALL furniture bookings.
  7. Offer valid for bookings made any day of the week.
  8. Discount does not apply to private event space areas, Ultimate Experience, walk-ins, and any add-to-cart items including merchandise, and bottles purchased online.
  9. Amendments and flexi bookings are not available for bookings made during the promotional period.
  10. When amending a booking purchased during the Black Friday sale, the guest is required to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full current, non-sale price, plus an amendment fee.

  14. The winner will be issued vouchers to claim their prize within 6 months of the announcement date, and airpods can be posted to the winners elected address.
  15. The winner will be contacted via direct message on FINNS Beach Club's Instagram account. The winner must respond and confirm their prize details within 24 hours of notification. If no confirmation is received, FINNS Beach Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  16. Booking dates for the VVIP Cabana are subject to availability and exclude special events and major public holidays.
  17. Prizes are non-transferable and must be registered under the winner's name.
  18. The credit applies exclusively to food, beverage, and tobacco purchases at FINNS Beach Club.
  19. Any purchases exceeding the credit amount are the winner's responsibility.
  20. FINNS Beach Club is not responsible for damages or losses arising from use of the prize.
  21. Each user can only earn up to a maximum of IDR 1,500,000 in credit as part of the campaign.

March Madness Sale

  3. Food and beverage credit may be used toward food and drinks consumed at the venue during the booking.
  4. The offer is available for new Bed + Party Package – Arrive Before 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM online bookings made between 2–31 March 2026, excluding special event days.
  5. The offer is valid for online bookings for visits from Monday to Thursday between 2 March and 30 April 2026.
  6. The discount applies to all Bed + Party Package furniture options only.
  7. The discount does not apply to the Bed Only Package, Ultimate Experience, walk-in bookings, or any add-tocart items, including merchandise, Flexi-booking, and bottles purchased online.
  8. Amendments and Flexi Bookings are permitted for eligible bookings from Monday to Thursday until 30 April 2026.

4.6 Fusion Voucher

  1. This voucher code provides a credit of IDR 2,000,000 (including tax and service charges) towards food and beverages. You are responsible for paying any remaining balance.
  2. To use the value towards an online booking enter the unique voucher code during the online checkout process and the value will be deducted from the total Booking Amount applicable. The remaining Booking Amount value will be required to be paid to complete the booking. Beds / furniture are subject to availability.
  3. The original voucher must be presented upon arrival. If an online pre booking has not been made the voucher can be redeemed for any FINNS Garden Party Bed with a credit of IDR 2,000,000. Beds are subject to availability.
  4. The credit can be used at any area within the venue towards food and beverages.
  5. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. It cannot be used after the expiration date.
  6. This voucher code cannot be applied to private events or special events, such as New Year's Eve celebrations.
  7. Some specific products or services may not be eligible for voucher code redemption.
  8. This voucher cannot be deducted from any existing booking.
