2.1 General Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- All prices are in IDR and exclude applicable tax & service unless stated.
- Guests must show their booking confirmation (printed or mobile) and valid ID according to the online booking name upon arrival at the Front Office. If the guest cannot provide the above-mentioned, then the checkin will be denied and no refunds will be provided.
- Guests must present their valid ID and the credit card used for the online booking upon arrival at the Front Office for booking verification. If the guests are not able to present them, FINNS Bali will refund the online payment and request a new payment on the spot.
- FINNS Bali will automatically release the reserved bed if guests fail to check in after the designated arrival time according to the booking. The Booking Amount credit will remain redeemable in our restaurant or bar areas.
- FINNS Bali will use reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative location, subject to availability.
- Guests who leave the venue, even for a short period of time, without formally checking out, forfeit their reserved furniture and no refund will be provided.
- A tab must be open upon check in for food & beverages consumption in the venue. ID & Credit Card will be required as a guarantee.
2.2 Online Furniture Bookings
- Online bookings require full payment.
- Online payments are processed via Airwallex for international card transactions and MidTrans or bank transfer for domestic transactions.
- Currency conversion rates shown at the time of booking are estimates only. Final charges are determined by the guest’s financial institution.
- Upon successful booking, an automatic e-confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
- Guests who purchase BOOK & SAVE ‘Arrive Before 1:00 PM’, ’Arrive Before 3:00 PM’ and ‘Arrive Before 4:00 PM’ must arrive and check in at the Front Office before their selected arrival time to guarantee the availability of their reserved furniture.
- Late arrivals may result in the bed being released and reassigned. If no daybeds are available upon arrival, the guest will be placed on the priority waitlist.
- The processing fee is a standard bank charge for card payments. It helps cover the transaction costs from the payment provider when processing the payment securely.
2.3 Product Types
- Product inclusions vary and are clearly displayed at the time of booking.
- FINNS Bali offers different furniture booking types, which may include: Bed + Party Package Reserved furniture A designated Booking Amount credited towards food & beverages. Party Package inclusions as specified at time of booking. Ultimate Experience Reserved furniture. A designated premium Booking Amount credited towards food & beverages. Premium Party Package inclusions as specified at time of booking. Bed Only Includes a reserved furniture only. No Booking Amount is designated towards food & beverages Walk-In Subject to availability and venue discretion Bed Only or Bed + Party Package may be available upon walk-in to the Front Office in the venue.
- Food & Beverages Credit: Is valid on the day of booking only. Is non-transferable. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Cannot be refunded if unused.
- For Bed Only bookings, any additional credit topped up using cash is refundable if unused at the end of the visit. Top-ups made with credit cards are strictly non-refundable, and any unused balance cannot be returned. Party Package inclusions are fixed per product type and cannot be substituted unless approved by management.
2.4 Furniture Capacity & Additional Guest Policy
- Online furniture booking is not available for group bookings (24+ guests). All individual bookings will be processed separately.
- Each furniture booking includes a recommended capacity to ensure guest comfort and service standards.
- Guests may arrive in larger groups. However, package inclusions (welcome drinks, towels, and amenities) are provided only for the recommended number of guests per booking. Additional guests will not receive extra inclusions unless purchased separately.
- Additional guests are subject to standard venue entry conditions and space availability around the booking area.
- FINNS Bali reserves the right to limit access or relocate groups if total group size exceeds the recommended capacity and impacts guest experience and operations flow.
2.5 Booking Validity & Restrictions
- All information given to FINNS Bali must be accurate and current.
- Guests are limited to two booking attempts within 1 hour to reserve their bed. FINNS Bali reserves the right to temporarily block the IP addresses for 2 hours for security purposes if guests exceed this limit.
- The resale of transfer of bookings for commercial gain or at an increased price by any third party is strictly prohibited. Any bookings made under these conditions will be voided and no refund will be provided.
2.6 Restaurant Reservations
- Tables may be released 15 minutes after reservation time.
- Seating time is limited to 2 hours unless otherwise agreed.
- Maximum table size is 12 guests unless approved.
- All guests must follow the venue dress code (Please refer to Section 1.7)
- Booking Amount is fully redeemable for food & beverages, excluding tax and service charges.
2.7 Group Bookings
- Groups of 21+ people must book through the Group Booking process.
- Group pricing and payment terms apply. (Please refer to Section 7)
- No male Australian, NZ or UK Sporting Teams or Bucks/Stag groups are permitted in FINNS Beach Club.
- All standard venue terms apply.
2.8 Payment Policy
- Cashless payments preferred.
- Cash accepted in IDR only.
- No on-site currency exchange available.
