7. Group Bookings & Private Events – Help Centre

7.1 Booking Requirements

Group bookings are required for 21 or more guests.
Bookings of four (4) or more beds (24+ guests) are available for all pricing; Bed Only, Furniture + Party Package, or Ultimate Experience pricing.
Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by FINNS Bali.
All bookings are non-transferable.
Table reservations will be released 15 minutes after the confirmed booking time unless FINNS Bali has been notified of a delay.
The maximum dining table capacity is twelve (12) guests per table.
External decorations, staging, signage, installations or branding are not permitted without prior written approval from FINNS Bali.
Guests must comply with the confirmed booking capacity. FINNS Bali reserves the right to refuse entry or service to additional guests exceeding the confirmed number.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within two (2) days of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment is required sixty (60) days prior to the event date.
If a booking is made within sixty (60) days of the event date, full payment is required immediately.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
FINNS Bali reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of government tax changes, regulatory changes, or significant cost fluctuations.
Booking details are confirmed as per the official invoice and booking confirmation issued by FINNS Bali.
A booking is not confirmed until all required payments have been received and written confirmation has been issued via email.
Towels & Security Guarantee Deposit
- Upon confirmation, one (1) complimentary towel per confirmed guest will be allocated.
- A credit card and valid identification must be provided by the event organiser or PIC as a security guarantee.
- Alternatively, individual guests may be required to provide a credit card and ID for towel guarantees.
- Additional towels are IDR 50,000 nett per towel.

One (1) amendment is permitted free of charge if requested more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date, subject to approval.
Amendments within thirty (30) days of the event incur a fee of IDR 1,500,000++ per change.
For Private Spaces (Deluxe and Lagoon Platforms, VIP Cabanas, Sunset Cabana, Sunset Lounge, Champagne Pool), Beds and Restaurant Bookings, please refer to the term 3.2 Standard Amendment Policy
Menu Amendments:
- One (1) menu revision is permitted.
- Additional menu changes: IDR 5,000,000++ per item.
- Further revisions: IDR 10,000,000++ per revision.
All amendments are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

All deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, all monies paid are forfeited.
Failure to attend on the event date will be considered a No Show, and 100% of the booking amount will apply.
If FINNS Bali cancels the event without fault of the Hirer, all monies paid will be refunded.

FINNS Bali catering services are compulsory.
No external food or beverages are permitted, except approved special occasion cakes, which may be subject to applicable fees.
Final menu selections must be submitted within the required notice periods (2–14 days depending on the menu type).
Guest number increases are subject to availability and must be paid immediately.
Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.
Promotions, including Happy Hour, membership discounts or other offers, do not apply to private events unless otherwise agreed.

All vendors must comply with FINNS Bali loading schedules and security procedures.
Vendor vehicles and equipment are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Valid identification must be presented upon entry.
Vendors must hold valid work permits as required under Indonesian law.
Vendors are responsible for removal of all equipment, installations and materials immediately after the event.

Event hire fees apply for exclusive use of designated areas.
Event hire includes service staff, existing furniture, and standard food & beverage service equipment.
External entertainment requires prior written approval from FINNS Bali.
Glass decorations are not permitted in pool areas.
Candles must be enclosed and protected.
Event areas must be vacated at the agreed event conclusion time. Extensions may incur additional hourly charges.
The Hirer is responsible for all goods brought onto the premises.
Transport
- The maximum bus size permitted in the Berawa area is a 24-seater.
- Bus details must be provided at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.

All sound, lighting and AV equipment must be approved and managed by the FINNS Bali AV team.
The curfew for amplified music is 12:00 AM.
FINNS Bali reserves the right to reduce volume levels or shut down events that breach local regulations or venue policies.

Drones are strictly prohibited.
Professional photography or filming equipment requires prior written approval.
The privacy of other guests must be respected at all times.
FINNS Bali may photograph or film events for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Hirer is responsible for any loss, theft or damage caused during the event.
Cleaning or repair fees may apply if premises are not returned to original condition.
FINNS Bali maintains public liability insurance only.
Personal accident and event insurance are the responsibility of the Hirer.
FINNS Bali is not responsible for the conduct, services or liabilities of third-party vendors.

FINNS Bali reserves the right to close or restrict access to areas of the venue at any time for operational or safety reasons.
Management may terminate events in the event of breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Any testimonials or feedback submitted to FINNS Bali may be used for marketing purposes.
A FINNS Bali representative will be present during the event, and all reasonable instructions must be followed.
Event agreements are binding and non-transferable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
FINNS Bali reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
