8.1 Compliance & Venue Authority
- All guests must follow FINNS Bali rules and any instructions given by Management or staff.
- FINNS Bali reserves the right to refuse entry, remove or ban any person who does not follow venue rules or staff directions.
- FINNS Bali operates a zero-tolerance policy toward disrespectful, abusive or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other guests.
- All guests must treat FINNS Bali staff and other patrons with respect at all times.
- FINNS Bali Management has full authority to interpret and enforce venue rules. All Management decisions are final.
- FINNS Bali may appoint third parties to manage or operate the venue at its discretion.
8.2 Security & Emergency Procedures
- FINNS Bali maintains security and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and staff.
- In any emergency, guests must immediately follow instructions given by FINNS Bali staff or security personnel.
- FINNS Bali reserves the right to inspect bags or items if required for security reasons.
- Personal security or bodyguards are only permitted with prior written approval from Management.
- Guests are fully responsible for the behaviour of their personal security personnel.
- Personal security must follow all venue rules. FINNS Bali may refuse entry or remove personal security or guests at any time.
8.3 Force Majeure
- If a booking cannot proceed due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure), bookings may be amended or issued as a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
- Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, volcanic activity, fire, strikes, floods, earthquakes, riots, war, terrorism, government actions, airline cancellations, or similar events beyond our control.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@finnsbeachclub.com.
8.4 Liability & Risk
- Guests enter and use FINNS Bali facilities at their own risk.
- FINNS Bali is not liable for injury, illness, death, loss or damage unless caused directly by proven negligence of FINNS Bali.
- Activities near water or involving physical participation carry inherent risk. Guests accept these risks.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. FINNS Bali is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- In the event of an emergency, guests authorise FINNS Bali to arrange medical treatment if necessary. All medical costs are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate personal insurance coverage.
- Guests agree to indemnify FINNS Bali against losses or damages caused by their breach of these Terms.
8.5 Photography, Recording & Media
- By entering FINNS Bali, guests acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Recording (including photos, videos or audio) within FINNS Bali or within 50 metres of the venue is not permitted without prior approval.
- Recording in private areas (such as bathrooms or changing rooms) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Recording that harms the reputation of FINNS Bali, its staff or guests may result in removal and legal action under applicable Indonesian law.
- Guests are responsible for any legal consequences arising from their recording activities.
8.6 Privacy & Personal Data
- FINNS Bali collects personal information when you make a booking, purchase services, join membership programs or interact with us.
- Personal information may include name, contact details, booking information, payment details (processed via secure third parties), and special service requests.
- Sensitive information (such as medical or dietary requirements) is collected only when necessary to provide services.
- Personal data may be shared with group companies, service providers or partners strictly for operational, legal or marketing purposes.
- FINNS Bali does not store credit card details directly.
- Personal data may be transferred internationally where necessary to fulfill bookings or services.
- We retain personal data only as long as required by law or operational necessity. Guests have the right to request access, correction or restriction of their personal data by contacting info@finnsbali.com.

8.7 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Any disputes will be settled in Bali, Indonesia.
- Payment of any booking or entry to FINNS Bali constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
