3.1 Refund Policy
- Online bookings require full payment.
- Online payments are processed via Airwallex for international card transactions and MidTrans or bank transfer for domestic transactions.
- Currency conversion rates shown at the time of booking are estimates only. Final charges are determined by the guest’s financial institution.
- Upon successful booking, an automatic e-confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
- Guests who purchase BOOK & SAVE ‘Arrive Before 1:00 PM’, ’Arrive Before 3:00 PM’ and ‘Arrive Before 4:00 PM’ must arrive and check in at the Front Office before their selected arrival time to guarantee the availability of their reserved furniture.
- Late arrivals may result in the bed being released and reassigned. If no daybeds are available upon arrival, the guest will be placed on the priority waitlist.
- The processing fee is a standard bank charge for card payments. It helps cover the transaction costs from the payment provider when processing the payment securely.
- Bookings are fully refundable if the venue is closed or a special event is cancelled prior to commencement
- No refunds will be provided if the venue is open. This includes, but is not limited to; personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, changes of plans, booking misunderstandings, weather conditions (unless the venue closes), or no-shows for any reason, if the venue is open on the booking date.
3.2 Standard Amendment Policy
- Guests may request to change their booking date within 2 hours of the original transaction time, subject to availability. No amendment fee will apply.
- Guests may request to change their booking date between 2 hours after the original transaction time and up to 48 hours before the booking date, subject to availability. An amendment fee of IDR 500,000 will apply, which is a fee and not valid towards the Booking Amount credit.
- Guests may request to change their booking date less than 48 hours before the booking date, subject to availability. An amendment fee of IDR 1,000,000 will apply, which is a fee and not valid towards the Booking Amount credit.
- For restaurant bookings, requests to change the booking date or time may be made 2 hours after the original transaction time and up to 48 hours before the booking date, subject to availability. An amendment fee of IDR 500,000++ allocated towards the Booking Amount credit.
- Requests for furniture upgrades or change in bed types can be made at any time, subject to availability. An additional Booking Amount may be required.
- Amendment requests made after 11:00 AM (Bali time) on the booking date will not be accepted, without exception.
- The Reservations Office hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Bali time), daily. Requests sent outside these hours will be responded to the following day.
- All amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@finnsbeachclub.com with the original booking confirmation attached. Requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM (Bali time).
- Guests who do not attend their booking will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the Booking Amount will be charged.
3.3 Flexi Booking
- Flexi booking can be purchased at the time of making the online booking.
- With a valid Flexi booking, guests may change their booking date up to two times, as long as the new booking has the same value as the original booking.
- Date change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date and are subject to availability. Flexi booking does not apply to special event dates.
- All Flexi booking date changes requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@finnsbeachclub.com and approved before the booking date. Proof of purchase for both Flexi booking and the original booking may be required.
- The booking name must remain the same as the original booking. Flexi booking cannot be transferred to another person.
- Date change requests made less than 48 hours before the booking date may still be considered, subject to availability. An amendment fee of IDR 500,000 will apply. This fee is separate and cannot be used as Booking Amount credit.
3.4 No Show Policy
Failure to attend without approved amendment is considered a no-show and 100% of payment is forfeited.
