5.1 Ultimate Experience
- All Ultimate Experience bookings include a designated Booking Amount credited towards food and beverage consumption on the day of booking.
- 15% exclusive discount at our VIP Retail Store and Grand Boutique. The discount is applicable only on fullpriced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- All components of the package must be availed on the same visit and cannot be redeemed separately or across different visits.
- This package cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferrable.
- Welcome drinks are eligible per guest included in the booking.
- Welcome drink may be subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
5.2 Birthday Package
- The birthday package can be booked online 24 hours in advance or in-venue on the day, all items included in the package are subject to availability.
- Guests have the option to add the birthday package to their existing booking, subject to availability.
- This package is not available for purchase during special events, such as Anniversary and New Year's Eve.
- This package is non-transferable to other individuals or bookings.
- This package is non-refundable, and its cost is not included in the Booking Amount requirement.
- The bottle show is not available during our daily happy hour (between 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Beverage selections within the package are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
- Any damage incurred to items included in the birthday package will be charged directly to the guest.
- The package can only be redeemed on the day of the booking.
5.3 Video & Photo Package
A notice period of at least 7 days is required prior to the scheduled shoot. Our package includes 2 hours of total content collection, which can be utilized across the day in periods of 30 minutes.
- Video Package Allow a turnaround time of 7 days for the final video product to be created. The package includes one edit/revision to ensure the final product meets the guest satisfaction. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for each round of revisions to be completed. The final video will have a maximum duration of 30 seconds. The inclusion of the FINNS watermark is mandatory in all videos.
- Photo Package Allow a turnaround time of 7 days for the pictures to be edited and delivered. The package includes a maximum of 30 pictures. The inclusion of the FINNS watermark is mandatory in all photos.
The photo or video package will be delivered through a google drive link, with a mix of both landscape and portrait formats to facilitate diverse platform use. The photo or video package is exclusively available to group bookings or private events and is not offered for purchase for individual or non-event related bookings.
5.4 Add-to-Cart Items
- Add to cart items are subject to availability.
- If the purchased item is not available on the date of guest arrival, a food & beverages credit of equal value will be given.
- All add to cart item purchases are non-refundable.
- All bottles, merchandise and donations purchased online are an additional charge and are not deducted or part of the Booking Amount.
5.5 Locker Rental
- The locker rental fee is IDR 100,000.
- A refundable security deposit of IDR 400,000 is required at the time of rental.
- Guests with a Blue tab number are exempt from the deposit.
- The rental period lasts until 11:59 PM on the day of rental.
- The security deposit will be refunded only upon the return of the locker key on the same day.
- Failure to return the key, returning a damaged key, or returning the key after the rental period will result in a full or partial forfeiture of the security deposit.
- FINNS is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings stored in the locker.
5.6 Towel Rental
- The towel rental fee is IDR 50,000.
- The rental period lasts until 11:59 PM on the day of rental.
- Any damage or loss of the towel will incur a charge of IDR 200,000.
5.7 FINNS Merch Online
- Order Collection All online orders must be collected in person at FINNS Boutique's on the date of the guest visit, as indicated in the FINNS purchase confirmation email and receipt. Guests must present their booking name to staff to retrieve their order. FINNS Hostess team will guide guests upon arrival to the retail team for order pick up.
- Stock unavailability and substitutions In the event an item is unavailable after purchase, we will offer an exchange for an alternative item of equal or greater value, or provide full refund if no suitable exchange is accepted
- Order Fulfillment Orders are prepared and packed by our shop team immediately upon receipt of purchase notification. Customers will be contacted in advance if there are any fulfillment issues prior to their arrival.
- Order Amendments If the booking is amended, the Reservations Team will notify the Retail Team and the pick up date will be adjusted in our system, and the item will be held accordingly.
- Booking transfer to another person The order will remain valid, and the new guest may collect the item. Size exchanges will be accommodated, subject to availability. All other Terms & Conditions apply to the transferred person(s).
- Returns and Refund All sales are final. We do not offer any returns or refunds.
- Exchanges Permitted only for Alternate sizes (if available). To other FINNS merchandise of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the guest). No credit or refund will be issued if the new item is of lesser value.
- Holding period Orders will be held for 14 days from the scheduled pick up date. After this period, the purchase is considered forfeited, and the item may be returned to stock without refund
