1. General Venue Terms

Payment constitutes acceptance of all FINNS Bali terms and conditions Upon entry to any FINNS Bali venue, guests acknowledge and agree to all of the following terms and conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, payment, or entering FINNS Bali venues, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms. FINNS Bali reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Operating Days & Management Rights

  1. FINNS Bali opening hours may vary depending on the venue and operational needs. Please check our website for the latest operating hours.
  2. FINNS Bali will remain closed on Nyepi (Balinese Day of Silence) in accordance with Balinese customs and traditions.
  3. FINNS Bali Management reserves the right to amend the operating days and hours at any time without prior notice.
  4. FINNS Bali reserves the right to change venue layout at any time without prior notice. 
  5. FINNS Bali reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  6. Restrictions or limitations on access to the beach club and beach may be imposed at any time.
  7. FINNS Bali reserves the right to close the beach club, specific areas and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If the guest reservation is affected, the Reservations team will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.

1.3 Entry Requirements

  1. Guests must present a valid, original physical ID upon entry. Accepted forms of ID include original government-issued identity cards, driver’s license or passport
  2. Digital copies of ID are not accepted.
  3. Guests must comply with all security procedures, including bag and vehicle checks.
  4. FINNS Bali reserves the right to deny entry if there is any suspicion that a physical ID is fraudulent or tampered with.

1.4 Tattoo Policy

Guests with head or facial tattoos are not permitted to enter the venue.

Guests with tattoos within the red lines will be refused entry. No refunds will be provided if entry is denied due to this policy.

1.5 Adults Only Policy

  1. FINNS Beach Club is strictly 16+ from 1 May 2025.
  2. Guests under 16 will be refused entry, even if accompanied.
  3. Non-compliance results in booking cancellation under the Refund Policy (Section 3.1)

1.6 Legal Drinking Age

  1. The legal drinking age in Indonesia is 21.
  2. Alcohol will not be served to guests under the age of 21.

1.7 Shisha Policy

  1. Shisha services and equipment provided within FINNS Bali venues are operated and managed exclusively by an independent third-party provider. FINNS Bali acts solely as a facilitator and accepts no responsibility or liability for the operations, equipment condition, or services rendered by said third party.
  2. Shisha service is strictly available to guests aged 21 and over. Valid government-issued physical photo identification must be presented upon request. FINNS Bali reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid proof of age. Shisha is for personal use only and must not be shared with guests under the age of 21, regardless of adult accompaniment.
  3. Shisha smoking carries inherent health risks—including exposure to nicotine, carbon monoxide, and other harmful substances. Guests with respiratory or heart conditions, or other relevant medical concerns, use shisha at their own risk. Pregnant guests are strictly prohibited from using shisha under any circumstances.
  4. Hot coals must be handled exclusively by trained staff. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching, moving, or attempting to adjust the apparatus at any time. Guests assume full responsibility for ensuring the equipment is not knocked over or mishandled. Any spillage, malfunction, or safety concern must be reported to staff immediately.
  5. FINNS Bali, its owners, and employees accept no responsibility or liability for any adverse health effects, personal injury, or property damage resulting from shisha use unless caused directly by proven negligence of FINNS Bali. By ordering shisha, guests voluntarily enter a service relationship with the third-party operator and acknowledge they do so at their own risk.
  6. FINNS Bali Management reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or terminate shisha service at any time without prior notice—including in cases of guest intoxication, unsafe behaviour, venue capacity, or ventilation considerations.

1.8 Dress Code

Guests must adhere to venue dress standards. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request outfit adjustments if deemed inappropriate. Guests must be appropriately dressed at all times.

General Dress Standards

  1. Beach-club attire is welcome. Smart casual is encouraged.
  2. Swimwear is permitted.
  3. The following are not permitted: Coordinated group outfits for male guests. Gang colours. Clothing with offensive slogans. AFL, Gojek or Bintang.

Restaurant Areas

  1. Smart Casual outfits are appreciated.
  2. Dry clothing is encouraged in all restaurant and dining areas for safety, comfort and hygiene. Male minimum standard: Shorts or boardshorts. Female minimum standard: Bikini top, sarong or pareo.
  3. Footwear is recommended.

1.9 Conduct & Behavior

  1. FINNS Bali operates a zero-tolerance policy for:

    Violence or threats. Harassment. Offensive behavior. Drug use. Excessive intoxication. Disruption of staff operations. Reputation-damaging conduct.

  2. Guests under the strong influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to enter FINNS Bali venues.
  3. Management may immediately evict guests from the venue without refund.
  4. Except with prior permission of Management, guests may not enter the back of house areas.

1.10 Liability, Risk & Damages

  1. Guests enter and use FINNS facilities at their own risk.
  2. FINNS Bali is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
  3. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement of any damage caused, whether accidental or intentional.
  4. FINNS Bali is not responsible and will not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings. Locker rentals are available, however, FINNS Bali cannot be liable in case of loss, theft or damages of any valuables.
  5. Lost and Found matters should be directed to the Front Office and will be recorded on the Lost and Found report by FINNS Bali employees.
  6. For FINNS Bali items rented by guests — such as towels, locker keys, and other items — guests are held responsible for additional charges if items are lost.

1.11 Prohibited Items & Activities

All bags and other goods in guest possession will be checked upon entering FINNS Bali premises. Any items not permitted will be labeled and held by security until departure.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  1. Weapons. 
    • No weapons, firearms or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue. The exceptions to this rule are FINNS Bali in-house Police or when Police or Army escort VIP Guest, Politicians etc. 
    • Armed members of Bali Polda forces are stationed at FINNS Bali entrances and seawall to act as a deterrent and take action if any act of terrorism is carried out on FINNS Bali property. They are stationed at FINNS Bali discretion.
  2. Illegal substances and activities 
    • Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs. 
    • Illegal or immoral activities including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. The authorities will be notified immediately without warning.
  3. Outside food & beverages. (unless approved by FINNS Bali Management in writing)
  4. Professional photography equipment without approval. (Please refer to Section 1.14)
  5. Drones.
  6. Inflatables.
  7. Personal Towels.
  8. Balloons and decorations without approval.
  9. Gambling or illegal activity.
  10. Single use plastic bottles and tumblers.
  11. Golf clubs.
  12. Rollerblades, roller skates, “wheelies”, skateboards, scooters, remote-controlled toys Any other item that might be deemed unfit or dangerous by management.
  13. Hairdryers and hair straighteners.

Authorities will be contacted if required.

1.12 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the following areas:

  1. FINNS Beach Club Entrance Foyer.
  2. FINNS VIP Beach Club Entrance Foyer.
  3. Reception.
  4. Toilets.
  5. Locker Rooms. FINNS Bali reserves the right to extend the areas where smoking is not permitted as it sees fit.

1.13 Animals

No pets or animals are permitted.

1.14 Vehicle & Parking

  1. Vehicles are subject to security inspection.
  2. FINNS is not responsible for vehicles parked on premises.
  3. Guests must follow parking directions and signage.
  4. All vehicles entering FINNS Bali must ensure they do not obstruct emergency access, block pedestrian walkways, or damage the property or landscaping.

1.15 Photography & Media

  1. Professional photography and drones require prior written approval. Equipment list must be provided. If approved, photos and video can only be taken of guests attending the private event. The privacy of other guests must be respected. If this policy is not followed the photographer will be evicted from the premises immediately.
  2. FINNS may request permission to capture the event for FINNS marketing purposes. If this is agreed then photos/videos can be used at FINNS Bali discretion.
  3. FINNS Bali can request copies of the photos/videos from the event organizer photographer. It is at the discretion of the event organizer/client if these are shared. If shared, photos can be used at FINNS Bali discretion.
  4. Guests are permitted to take photos with FINNS Bali temples as a backdrop. However, guests are not allowed to touch or enter the temple(s).

1.16 Swimming Pools

Guests use pool facilities at their own risk.

Pool rules must be followed at all times including:

  1. No running.
  2. Proper swimwear required.
  3. Follow lifeguard instructions.
  4. No pool use during lightning storms.
  5. Personal items to be stored in the lockers. Subject to availability

1.17 VAT & Charges

  1. All prices and fees payable at FINNS Bali are subject to prevailing Indonesian Government regulations.
  2. A schedule of FINNS Bali charges and fees determined by the Management and as detailed in the FINNS Bali rules will be posted on FINNS Bali websites.

1.18 Beach Gate Access

  1. The Beach Gate is permanently closed and is no longer available as an access point to or from the beach.
  2. All Guests must enter and exit FINNS only through the Main Entrance and Priority Entry.
